Embroidery
At US Colorworks, we are extremely proud of our embroidery services. We operate 75 total heads for high capacity embroidery set to meet your needs. We utilize top of the line Tajima & Happy equipment which is precision tuned so we can deliver the crafted results you expect. Our standard thread is high quality Robinson-Anton Super Strength Rayon, but we can also utilize polyester for specific jobs that benefit from this type of thread.
In addition to our embroidery services, US Colorworks offers digitizing service to help cut down on the time you’ll need to spend completing orders for your customers. We also provide complementary folding for every garment that our embroidery department decorates.

Standard Production is 5-6 business days from the receipt of approvals, purchase orders and ALL goods to be decorated.
4 Day Priority Rush expedites production, when available, at an additional 20% increase to standard charges.
3 Day Priority Rush expedites production, when available, at an additional 30% increase to standard charges.
2 Day Priority Rush expedites production, when available, at an additional 50% increase to standard charges.
1 Day Priority Rush expedites production, when available, at an additional 100% increase to standard charges.
