Our Experience

In creating USColorworks, we listened to distributors and built a company that will deliver what you need to run your business: consistency, transparency, ease, and peace of mind. USColorworks has been focusing on the decoration needs of promotional apparel distributors since 2010. Our team is exceptionally qualified, with decades of experience in screen printing and embroidery. Perhaps more importantly, we have decades of experience in business – sales and marketing, finance, accounting, operations, technology, and business development. Our management team has executive level experience in companies large and small.

Our Facilities

USColorworks operates production, warehouse, and office facilities totaling 50,000 sq. ft. in Monroe, NC. Our warehouse comes equipped with full-sized loading docks for tractor-trailer shipping and receiving. Our central location along the East Coast gives us a 1-2 day ship time including the entire seaboard, Midwest, and extending all the way to the Central Plains.

Our Equipment

Our screen printing department operates 12 multi-color automatic presses printing up to 10 colors with 2 flashes. We print tens of thousands of prints per shift. We have production cells dedicated to printing and curing athletic inks. We can handle your print job, whether large and small.

In our embroidery department, we utilize 120 heads on both Tajima and Happy machines. From 18 head behemoths to single head machines for names and smaller runs, our equipment will be able to accommodate any design that you create.

Our On-Demand department has 13 Brother Pro-B Direct to Garment Machines, as well as 3 Direct to Film printers and single head embroidery machines.

Our People

USColorworks employs a staff of over 150 individuals spread between two production shifts. From our excellent sales team, to our meticulous production department – we have your satisfaction as our number one priority. Whether it’s our highly-trained art department working with the latest in computer design and graphics, or the shipping and receiving group that hand counts each individual soft good that arrives to ensure your order is fulfilled accurately – customer care and order completion is what we do.
