Screen Printing
US Colorworks can accommodate almost any screen printing job. From hundreds of thousands of pieces to back-fill orders with just a few t-shirts, we have the production capacity to meet your needs. We operate ten multi-color automatic presses, a dozen manual presses, as well two numbering presses. We can print up to 12 colors with two flashes. Our ample print capacity and 40,000 square feet of production space means we can move your jobs in and ship them out quickly.
All of the materials we use are first rate, providing a superior printed product. We select the right ink for the job. For cottons our “go-to” is PolyOne Wilflex, mixed to your PMS specifications. For moisture wicking polyester and athletic fabrics, we rely on Rutland, Union Athletic Path, and One Stroke inks depending on the exact textile and print job. We use top-quality, constant tension frames and only the best screen mesh so your prints look sharp and crisp throughout every run.
US Colorworks also offers a wide range of specialty ink printing including liquid silver, liquid gold, metallic, and glow in the dark colors. Please call for specific ink variations and pricing.
Standard Production is 5-6 business days from the receipt of approvals, purchase orders and ALL goods to be decorated.
4 Day Priority Rush expedites production, when available, at an additional 20% increase to standard charges.
3 Day Priority Rush expedites production, when available, at an additional 30% increase to standard charges.
2 Day Priority Rush expedites production, when available, at an additional 50% increase to standard charges.
1 Day Priority Rush expedites production, when available, at an additional 100% increase to standard charges.
